How does one get peace of mind? Is it even possible?

How does one keep trying and fighting despite being exhausted?

How does one make the pain go away?

How does one overcome feelings of guilt, helplessness, suffocation, and shame about being left behind?

How does one express the magnitude of her feelings of abuse to someone who has never experienced torture?

How does one get to the finish line?

How does one stop and just move on?

Is there someone who knows? Because I want to know….
